Booking a Viewing at Wrenbury Hall - COVID Update

Wrenbury Hall Reopening

We are very excited to announce that Wrenbury Hall is reopening its doors for viewings on 6th December 2020 for new prospective couples.

We know many of you have had your dream wedding plans put on hold, since the pandemic began. As much as we had our excellent virtual tour, created by Capture My Big Day, we know that this did not replace a visit in person. As a team and as a family, our main priority has been to ensure the safety of our wonderful couples and our staff. We cannot wait to show you all what the beautiful Wrenbury Hall has to offer.

How is it going to work?

We will be booking appointments on Fridays, Saturdays and occasional Sunday’s.

Appointments are every hour, to give us sufficient time to sanitise and clean in between viewings.

The appointments will be limited to two persons only of the same household, so we can assure you that we will have all of the necessary safety measures in place to protect you and our staff. 

When you arrive

Please could we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Should there be any delays at all please could you kindly notify us via email or telephone.

When you arrive at the front gates, please do ring the bell for assistance and a member of the team will let you in. Please follow the road round and park on the car park at the side of the property.

A single member of the team will be waiting for you at the front doors, where you will be able to sanitise your hands before entering the Hall.

As we are not able to offer any hot refreshments, we will be providing bottled water upon arrival for you.

In accordance with the new laws passed on the 24th September 2020, it is now mandatory to wear a face covering in a premises of hospitality. So we would therefore ask that all guests of the hall adhere to this new law unless medically exempt. We will have facial masks and gloves available should you need them. A member of the team will offer these to you upon arrival.

How do I book a slot?

 Please note that slots are booked on a first come first serve basis and there are a number of couples on the waiting list, therefore please could you kindly email us with a couple of options that would work for you, so that we can avoid any disappointment. 

Once we have confirmed back to you via email, please confirm who will be attending the appointment, so that we can add this to your booking schedule.

During your visit

We will maintain a social distance from you and ask that you also adhere to the 2 meter distancing guidelines. We will ensure that all spaces are open, to minimise the need to touch any surfaces and door handles. As above, we will be sanitising between appointments in any event.

We will have a designated space within our Orangerie, where we can discuss your plans in more detail.

If you are within the vulnerable category or have been experiencing any symptoms or feel unwell on the day, please do refrain from visiting - your safety comes first. Please do let the team know if you are unable to make your appointment.

We cannot wait to open the doors again, after what has seemed like a very long time! The team are excited to get back to doing what they love.
